Selection
Procedure for Union Bank LBO Recruitment 2024
Three steps will be used to choose the
candidates: an online exam, a language proficiency test, and an interview. For
the final selection, the scores from the online test and the interview will be
divided 80:20.
1. Online Test- The online test, which
consists of 155 multiple-choice questions and two letter and essay writing
problems, is the first step in the selection process. The online test lasts for
210 minutes in total.
2. Test of Language Proficiency: The applicant must be
proficient in the state’s local language in all three domains (reading,
writing, and speaking). Those who made the short list for the online exam will
need to pass the qualifying Language Proficiency test. Candidates will not need
to take the language competency test if they can show that they have studied
the designated local language of the application state as one of their topics
on their 10th or 12th-grade mark sheet or certificate.
3. Interview: The interview will have
a total score of 100, with a minimum qualifying score of 40% (or 35% for SC,
ST, OBC, and PWBD candidates). The final selection process will use an 80:20
weighting (ratio) for the online exam and the interview.
