U.S. retains terrorist designation of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Tayyiba

Days ahead of the transition of power, the U.S. Department of State said that it has amended the terrorist designations of LJ and ISIL Sinai Peninsula (ISIL-SP) to include additional aliases.
